AlmaPlay is your preschool's all-in-one app — attendance & check-in, milestones & progress, daily reports, fees, notices, the photo timeline, the live activity feed and more. Tap a section below to learn how to sign in and use it.

🔑 How to sign in
  • Pick your role on the login screen (Parent, Staff / Teacher, Admin / Owner, Accounts / Fees, Bus Driver or Marketing).
  • Enter your Login ID, email or mobile number and your password, then tap Sign in.
  • Your school's admin creates your account and gives you these details.
  • You can stay signed in to more than one role at once — the login screen lets you switch between them.
🔒 Forgot your password?
  • Parents — use Forgot password on the Parent login to reset it by OTP (sent to your WhatsApp/SMS or email).
  • Teachers, staff & others — ask your preschool admin to set a new password for you under Create A/cs & Set Role.
👨‍👩‍👧 Parents
See your child's day moment-by-moment: attendance & check-in/out, the live activity feed, daily reports, the photo timeline, milestones & developmental progress, report cards, notices, calendar, messages with the teacher, and online fee payment. No account yet? On the Parent login tap Connect with your school, verify your email and pick your preschool — the admin approves and links your child.
🧑‍🏫 Teachers
Mark attendance, run check-in/out, fill daily reports, post to the timeline & gallery, assign homework, assess milestones, set developmental progress, write report cards, and message parents — all for the grade(s) your admin assigned you. Most lists let you filter by grade then student.
🏫 Admins / Owners
Run the whole preschool: create grades, accounts & roles, enrol & link students, set the milestone pack, report-card template and fee structure, manage staff, post notices, oversee the timeline, and switch modules on/off under Setup. The Help & Guide link (top of the admin sidebar) has a full walkthrough.
💳🚌🎯 Accounts, Bus Driver & Marketing
  • Accounts / Fees — record & verify fee payments, view the ledger and income/expenses.
  • Bus Driver — start/stop a trip to share the bus's live location with parents on the route.
  • Marketing / Admissions — run the admissions funnel and bulk WhatsApp/email outreach.
🆕 New preschool?
Tap Register your preschool on the login screen. Once the AlmaPlay team verifies your school, sign in as Admin / Owner and follow the Quick-start in Help & Guide to set everything up.
